We are excited to welcome a new batch of students, teachers, volunteers and parents to our new academic year 2022-23 for the Marathi Shala starting this weekend, August 20/21, 2022. After being virtual for over a year due to the pandemic, we are excited to begin a new year of teaching kids Marathi! A few notes:

Registration and Fees

Shala registration for the entire year is done only in the FALL Semester.

Evaluation/Exams

Semester exams will be conducted in December and May to evaluate students
Attendance requirement: 80% student attendance and 50% passing grade is required in order to be promoted to the next level, and in order to take the BMM exams. For further details, read the Parent Policy

Parent Interaction/ Volunteering

Each parent is required to volunteer at least twice per semester for each child at the Shala. Opportunities will be made available later (TBA).
